Part of the first (and only) series of Laser Beasts, Dragon Seahorn is an anthropomorphic narwhal in high-tech green armor. He comes with his "Drill Turning Laser".

Instead of a rubsign, he has a transparent orb in his torso with a small hole in his back. By holding his back to a light source, looking into the orb reveals the elemental power of Fire, Water or Wood.
