Outsider's Apex Pistols can use Arc Stinger S-tech to cause system interference on his foes. The interference is long lasting, and if the target is also infected by a virus, they sustain even more damage from it. The pistols' regular ammo also causes electrical damage.

Tip: Arc Stinger is most effective when Outsider first enters a fight, since it maximizes damage potential. In conjunction with his subsystem, it also compounds the problems faced by his melee attackers.
