• This sixth volume contains the 5 original issues of Last Stand of the Wreckers, but omits the additional content which was added in the TPB and Hardcover. At this point, it is unknown whether The IDW Collection will ever include them in any other volume.
• Continuing the somewhat questionable issue orders of the preceding volumes, The Transformers: Bumblebee is placed after issue 6 of the ongoing series, despite taking place entirely between issues 3 and 5. Issue 5 even directly mentions the events with a footnote referencing the mini-series.
