The Extreme Competition Team[1] assists the Autobots in searching for Energon throughout the galaxy. The team is composed of:

- The Extreme Competition Team are redecoes of the Energon version of the Street Action Mini-Con Team, and are capable of combining into Heavy Metal (originally named Frenzy). The team members were only available in Vol. 2 of the Micron Booster sets, sold individually in blindpacked boxes.
- These molds were also used to make the Super Link City Stealth Team.
