The Space Bridge appears in several Transformer continuities, typically serving as the means to instantly move Transformers from one planet to another.

First appearing in the G1 episode Transport to Oblivion, the Space Bridge was invented by Shockwave as a means of moving Energon Cubes from the Earth to the Decepticon base on Cybertron.
