Frantz Confiac

Frantz Confiac is a French actor specialized in voice acting.

He is the regular French voice of Idris Elba, Terry Crews, Djimon Hounsou, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Orlando Jones.

In animation, his voice roles include Dr. Facilier in The Princess and the Frog, Luiz in Rio, Drago Bludvist in How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Aaron Davis in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

He is very active in video game dubbing as well, his most famous roles are Aatrox in League of Legends, Winston in Overwatch or Delmont "Del" Walker in the Gears of War saga.

• French sound engineers did not reuse audio archives from the 2007 Transformers movie for Bobby Bolivia's voice in the Bumblebee trailer. Frantz Confiac re-recorded the voice lines but in a different way, with other words, since the translation used for the 2007 film would not have worked well in the trailer.
• He might be the European French voice of Frenzy in Transformers, but this remains to be confirmed.
