Founded in 1996, Moose Mountain Toymakers (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jakks Pacific) bills itself as "a worldwide leader in the manufacture and sale of foot-to-floor ride-ons, inflatable play environments, sports arcade products, interactive electronic mats, play tents and innovative wagon designs". According to their website, they are rather serious about their global-corporate citizenship (dead link).
