Err, Megatron, I think maybe we can have a deal...

Clone One[1] is a Dinobot Clone[2] created by Megatron, based on Dinobot's beast mode. Though it is largely identical to Dinobot in intelligence and behavior (enough to fool most in casual conversation), there is one noteworthy difference (aside from the whole loyal-to-Megatron thing): the Clone lacks the original Dinobot's sense of honor.

The other big difference between the two is that because it is physically a "real" dinosaur using mostly organic tissues, it cannot transform. [3]

Trivia

  • Clone One would not be Megatron's only foray into cloning his former minion. He would later have more success with the introduction of the Transmetal Driver, resulting in Dinobot II.
