Transformers Beyond Reality alternate reality game
In late July 2021, a Transformers-related alternate reality game began making the rounds on several prominent social media websites. Within a week, multiple social media accounts on these websites began posting material regarding a possible alien encounter in Canada and the rise of an enigmatic robotics corporation. About a week later, mainstream Transformers websites like TFW2005 began reporting on the game.
Thus far, the story involves three major players: the mysterious Rebellium Dynamics corporation, an independent conspiracy theorist on Twitter with the handle "BlazarFocused", and an Imgur account known as "Hermes1984".
After more than six months of vague Twitter posts, question-dodging, and a general reluctance to advance the story in any meaningful capacity, many details—including what, if any, product or media the game is intended to advertise—remain unclear. The ARG itself appears to have effectively stalled out in late October, leading some fans to speculate that other delays might've had a knock-on effect on this advance marketing campaign, although general incompetence has not been ruled out.
