Pierre Laurent

Pierre Laurent (born on January 1, 1956) is a French actor specialized in dubbing.
As a voice actor, he is one of the French voices of Dylan Baker, Ricky Gervais, José Zúñiga and David Paymer, among other actors in films, TV series and TV movies.
He is also the voice of Dobby in the Harry Potter saga.
In animation, he is mostly known as the voice of Ned Flanders, Apu, Smithers, Reverend Lovejoy and other characters in The Simpsons, the Grand Moff Tarkin in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars: The Bad Batch, the Dr. James Possible in Kim Possible, among various other voice roles.
