Paramount+

Paramount+ is a streaming service owned by ViacomCBS. It includes movies from Paramount Pictures and shows from CBS, MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, VH1, BET and the Smithsonian Channel, as well as original content produced exclusively for the service.
History
The service was initially launched as CBS All Access on October 28, 2014. Soon after the CBS Corporation's re-merger with Viacom on December 4, 2019 [1], the service was expanded to include movies from Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon programming.[2] On September 15, 2020, ViacomCBS announced that it would rebrand CBS All Access to Paramount+,[3] a name which was already used on an SVOD service in the Nordic countries. On January 19, 2021, they announced that it would launch on March 4 in the US and Latin America.[4] On March 4, 2021, CBS All Access officially relaunched as Paramount+. Currently, the North American, Latin American, Nordic and Australian versions of the service are available.
