As part of a Decepticon plot to destroy the Earth, a Death Tower emerged in Santiago. The Throttlebots, who were already called into action against the Decepticons, arrived at the Death Tower, only to be forced into battle with Predaking. The Autobot Targetmasters later arrived and took out Predaking. Sureshot attempted to scan the Death Tower with a device, but the intense energy surging from the tower caused the device to explode.
