List of Beast Wars comics
A number of comics set in the continuity of the Beast Wars cartoon have been published since the show's end, most notably 2 mini-series and a profile book by IDW comics.
3H Botcon comics
The first post-cartoon Beast Wars material. When 3H held the rights to the Botcon they produced a number of stories set in and around the Beast Wars and Beast Machines cartoons, mostly (but not exclussively) featuring their own exclusive toy/characters. Eventually these folded together with all the other 3H storylines into the Transformers: Universe comics.
(Note: Though they share characters and both weave around the BW cartoon this series and the IDW one are mutually exclusive.)
Dreamwave comics
Beast Wars easter eggs were worked into Dreamwave's G1 books here and there as it was envisioned as being the probable future/past for that continuity. A short Beast Wars story was included with comics from several other continuities in the Dreamwave Summer Special. Fans were invited to vote on which they would like to see get their own miniseries. Beast Wars won, but Dreamwave went out of buisness before any other stories were created.
IDW comics
Though not a part of their main continuity, IDW comics picked up the ball from Dreamwave and has published two Beast Wars miniseries and a profile book. This continuity is notable for including not only all US released toys and characters but also the vast majority of Japanese Beast Wars characters. Events parralel to but notably distinct from those of the Japanese Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo animes were also worked into the backstory of this universe.
