Otoboto family

The Otoboto Family are human characters from the Animated continuity family.

These human beings are actually owned by Tomy.

The Otoboto family (音仏家 Otoboto-ke) are a family of nerdy Japanese people who just looooove themselves some Transformers. They like to share their love of the brand with anyone who'll listen, telling them all sorts of fun facts about the franchise and the products available from TakaraTomy.

The Otoboto Family consists of:

• Hiroyuki Otoboto (father)
• Megumi Otoboto (mother)
• Yūka Otoboto (daughter)
• Tatsuya Otoboto (son)

Notes

• They have their own faction symbol used as a backdrop in some videos.
• In order to make room for the Otoboto family segments, as well as the longer opening and ending sequences, an average of three minutes of footage had to be cut from every episode of Transformers Animated.
• Their name sounds similar to the Japanese pronunciation of Autobot. HA. HA.
