Flame Toys is a Hong Kong company that describes itself as "A new Collectable Toys Brand focusing on high-end toys product." Beginning in 2016, they produce high-end articulated, non-transforming figures and model kits aimed at collectors.

The Kuro Kara Kuri (鉄機巧) line consists of very high-end figures with numerous accessories and LED lighting features. These figures are designed by Chemical Attack, a design team belonging to Flame Toys.
