Philippe Tasquin

Philippe Tasquin (born in 1965) is a Belgian actor and composer, active in dubbing.
He is mostly known for being the regular French voice of Meowth in Pokémon from the 9th season (2007) to the 22th season (2019), but also in some Pokémon videogames.
