Tom Bowman used to be a Hasbro employee. He attended Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in North Carolina, following which he gained employment at Hasbro in 1986 as a Product Manager and worked his way up to Marketing Director. After leaving the company, he worked for ten years or so in for a number of companies in the sporting goods industry, but more recently has returned to the toy industry.<ref>Thomas Bowman on Linked in</ref>
