Raf scoured the internet for pictures of Team Prime on conspiracy sites. Finding a picture of Bumblebee, he replaced it with the tap-dancing monkey. This is something he does on a regular basis. Later, Starscream stumbled upon the tap-dancing monkey while searching the internet for tidbits of info he could use. He chuckled evilly at it. New Recruit. Later, after Team Prime's base was sacked by the Decepticons and turned into Darkmount, Raf did the same thing to a blurry, cryptid-esque picture of Ratchet - just as Starscream found it, in fact. Starscream told the other Decepticons that he had found something of "great interest," but before he could show Megatron the evidence, the image was replaced with the monkey.
