Townsend Coleman is an American voice actror. Townsend has done voices for many, many cartoons including "Inspector Gadget" (playing Corporal Capeman), "Fraggle Rock", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", "Jem", "Batman: The Animated Series", and the new "Superman: Doomsday" direct to video movie. Townsend Coleman is arguably best known for his roll as the title character in the amazing "The Tick!" animated series (coincidentally also voice directed by (Sue Blu).
