After the Great War had reignited on Earth in the year 2007, Megatron had a Planet Smasher built on the moon so the Decepticons could simply shift through the planetary debris for the Allspark. When the Autobots got wind of the plan, a battle broke out on the lunar surface, the Decepticons retreating behind the Planet Smasher's force field. Once Wheeljack deactivated the field, the Autobots shut down the doomsday weapon, the Decepticons retreating into their lunar bunker. Sea of Tranquility
