Cybertron City (episode)

Demolishor, now an ally of the Autobots, is guarding the gates to the city when a boy named Kicker, riding on High Wire, drives out. He is stopped by Hot Shot but senses energon. Finally, Strongarm strikes energon but Kicker still is not happy with being stuck in the city. An attack on the moon, the asteroid belt, and Mars leave the Transformers to wander who is attacking. Later, earth is attacked but Ironhide, Hot Shot, Optimus Prime, Inferno, and Jetfire save the day. Oh, and Kicker gets a cool costume.

Maybe not a glitch

• Kicker does a weird "swing his left arm while kicking his right foot in the opposite direction" thing when he's mad at Hot Shot at the beginning. At least we know where he got his name now.
