Move to Steeljaw (IDW)
- I'm in favor insofar as I generally advocate a move to a namespace with a disambig for base level reader friendliness. -AzimuthAcolyte (talk) 13:02, 27 June 2022 (EDT)
- One could make the argument that we don't actually know what BWU Steel Jaw looks like, and is a Maximal rather than a Decepticon. Would it be so bad to have a "Steel Jaw (BWU)" page for the BW Maximal and a "Steeljaw (IDW)" page for the G1 Decepticon? Sure, they're both continuity transplants of the RID'15 Decepticon, but looking over his appearances in "Derailment", the only physical description we're given about him is that he used to be be an off-road truck before the Beast Upgrade, he's a luponoid after said upgrade, and that his Maximal symbol has three scratches on it. He is based on RID Steeljaw in spirit, but for all we know he could be a redeco of Wolfang and no longer really resemble RID Steeljaw's robot mode design (unless Jim or someone said something on the matter). --Sabrblade (talk) 13:11, 27 June 2022 (EDT)
- As long as they both have disambigs I'm happy. -AzimuthAcolyte (talk) 13:15, 27 June 2022 (EDT)
