Toxin

Toxin is an Autobot from the 2005 IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

"I'm addicted to you, don't you know that I'm Toxin?"

Toxin is a crewmember of the Lost Light. Whether he is married to a data stick is unknown.

Notes

• Toxin was added to the ship's crew when penciller Agustin Padilla accidentally drew Chromedome amongst the Autobots gathered in the shuttle bay during Drift's exile, when the Autobot was in his quarters at the time. With a quick edit to the lineart and a new blue, green, and white paintjob, colorist Josh Burcham turned the figure into "Toxin", an unofficial character created for TFcon Canada 2011, who himself was inspired by an unused cobra Autobot Master Warrior concept. Backmatter in the Japanese edition of More than Meets the Eye Vol. 3 would subsequently use the name—perhaps, dare we say, because of its use on this wiki page—establishing it as official.
