Terrorsaur was a member of the Darksyde's crew under Megatron. They were battling the Axalon when both ships were pulled through an unexpected dimensional rift and crash-landed on prehistoric Earth. Terrorsaur and the others disembarked to find Depth Charge outside. Shattered Destiny

Evidently, Terrorsaur did not survive ancient Earth, as he was not listed by Depth Charge and Waspinator as a crewmember who returned to Cybertron. Coalescence

Terrorsaur was repurposed from Lazorbeak.

A redeco and very slight retooling (he was given a space for an energon chip) of the original Terrorsaur mold, Lazorbeak transforms from a Pteranodon (referred to as a pterodactyl by the package) to a robot with a spring-loaded one-step transformation. His pistol stores in a small recess behind his robot mode head.

This mold was also used to make Fractyl, Beast Wars Neo Hydra, Dinobots Terranotron, and Age of Extinction Strafe.
