Kirk Baily (February 2, 1963–February 28, 2022) was an American actor and voice actor. He was best known for his role as Kevin "Ug" Lee in the Nickelodeon sitcom Salute Your Shorts. He has also appeared in various anime and video games such as Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht.

Baily passed away at the age of 59 due to complications of lung cancer.
