I am dubious about reclassing these as G1 rather than Rescue Bots. Yes, I know the Rescue Bots name doesn't appear on the package, but "Classic Heroes Team" has in fact been used by Hasbro for RB characters see this Heatwave:

It's due to the fact that it uses the Evergreen art primarily used for G1 media.—DDog (talk) 17:45, 7 February 2022 (EST)
Yeah, I get that, but nevertheless, you have Rescue Bots redecos and RB-style new molds, under a label "Classic Heroes Team" which has already been used for Rescue Bots toys, and even the product description...

Imagine helping the Autobots save the day! These toys are ready to take to the streets and charge to the rescue! Kids ages 3 and up can pretend there is a dangerous situation unfolding and convert the brave 4.5-inch action figure from a robot to a vehicle they can imagine racing to the scene for a courageous rescue.

...is straight-up Rescue Bots stuff. So, like I said, I am dubious about grouping this into G1 regards of said art.--KilMichaelMcC (talk) 20:32, 7 February 2022 (EST)

That just reads like generic toddler toy writeup. We have things like Buzzworthy Bumblebee and Generations that don't indicate "continuity families", so reuse of labeling for young kid toys isn't really that convincing to me. Saix (talk) 21:27, 7 February 2022 (EST)
Okay, but since CHT is somewhat like Buzzworthy about disregarding continuity families, couldn't we still consider at least Prime and Bumblebee to be their Aligned selves? They're literally the same toys from Rescue Bots being rereleased again after multiple other rereleases, just like the Heatwave toy mentioned above. It's similar to how we consider the Buzzworthy Crash Combiners to still be their RID selves even though their packaging doesn't point that out. Grimlock is a little dubious to me but I'm fine with him being either G1 or RBA, and Primal could still follow the "it's just a new kid-friendly toy of the same old character" logic and be included in the BW character page. Any thoughts? --Fritz (talk) 22:37, 7 February 2022 (EST)
When I said "straight-up Rescue Bots stuff" I meant "this is the same exact text used previously for Rescue Bots product descriptions, which is why it's about imaging your toys racing to do rescues and so forth." I mean to me this all reads as Rescue Bots/RBA Continued Just Without The Name, regardless of the art. --KilMichaelMcC (talk) 23:19, 7 February 2022 (EST)
To add an additional point to my argument that these should be classed as RB rather than G1, here's an Entertainment Earth listing for them as "Transformers Rescue Bots All-Stars Rescan Wave 3" [2] --KilMichaelMcC (talk) 17:18, 17 March 2022 (EDT)
Uh, I've read this discussion before I got an account, and I thought this might be important, or it might be a different toyline. Idk, because it isn't listed anywhere on the wiki. ChristalIsMe (talk) 13:50, 13 August 2022 (EDT)

That's all I have to say. ChristalIsMe (talk) 13:50, 13 August 2022 (EDT)
