Japanese name translation

It’s my first time posting here, so sorry in advance if I screw anything up. I wanted to reassess our translation of Menasor’s Galaxy Force name. At the bottom of the page, it’s listed as “Moledive,” with the Japanese spelling of モールダイブ . However, I think the intended reading may have been “Mauldive,” as a reflection of the character’s violent nature. Were his name actually Moledive, I believe the Japanese spelling would be モルダイブ as opposed to the slightly longer モールダイブ. Thank you for any feedback! --Galaxyyy (talk) 14:04, 27 August 2022 (EDT)

"Moledive" was the official Romanization used on the Galaxy Force website or show documents, and モール is a established transliteration of "mole" into Japanese (see here). Only some US accents give that word a short vowel. Saix (talk) 14:21, 27 August 2022 (EDT)
