When Megatron asked for a video idea to destroy the Autobots online poularity, Mirage showed the Decepticons Devilman Crybaby. Megatron thought doing an anime like it was perfect for their next video. Anime Attack!

Notes

• Devilman Crybaby was a 2018 anime reboot of Go Nagai's 1972 Devilman manga series. Like the War for Cybertron Trilogy cartoon, Devilman Crybaby was a Netflix exclusive, which is why it was promoted in the short.
• Several Transformers voice actors also provided voice work for Devilman Crybaby, includiing Kōki Uchiyama, Kenjirō Tsuda, Johnny Yong Bosch, Keith Silverstein, and Ben Pronsky.
