José Sant'anna

He's a traitorous swine... no, that's not true... he is a pretty nice guy, actually.

José Sant'anna is a Brazilian voice actor.

He is one of the most recognized voice actors in Brazil, having been in the business since the 1980s.

For the Brazilian dub of the original Transformers series, he voiced Starscream. His delivery was so dead on to Chris Latta's that many people still don't believe he also played Duke from G.I. Joe, for whom he used his natural, more masculine voice.

In addition to the above, his cartoon voiceover roles include Two-Face in Batman: The Animated Series, the Joker in the movie Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, the narrator in Silverhawks, and a gazillion more characters. In the realm of live-action TV, he was also the voice of Willie Turner on Alf.

Yep, he was! And he was awesome!
