Luca Dal Fabbro (born January 1, 1951) is an Italian voice actor. He's Steve Buscemi's main voice actor, but he also voices Piglet in recent Winnie the Pooh media, Dr. Doofenshmirtz in Phineas and Ferb, Excalibur in Soul Eater, Roger in Doug and Koshi Rikdo in Excel Saga.
