Whirl is an evil Autobot from the Shattered Glass continuity family.

Whirl is a cowardly security guard of the Throne of Pax alongside his fellow guard Sunstreaker. His obsession with Cybertronian law and enforcing it on his fellow Autobots has led him to be a frequent target of violence.

Whirl's visage was featured on a poster promoting "Empurata Justice" when Orion Pax met with Megatron after getting the latter out of jail. Shattered Glass #2

Whirl and Sunstreaker attempted to help Ultra Magnus to get an audience with Pax, now Optimus Prime, though Magnus didn't appreciate it. He was then left to accompany Magnus' group of fierce, scary looking bots.
