Swindle is the brains to Hardtop's brawn. Much like most who he shares his name with, he is an opportunistic con-man, and gets rather pissed if he doesn't get his way. Furthermore, he genuinely cares about Hardtop, and is currently trying to break him out of G.H.O.S.T. containment.
