The Constructicons are (likely) Decepticons in the Animated cartoon continuity.

There are at least two of them. They are likely Decepticons (duh) and likely change into construction vehicles (double duh). There is at least a 60% chance they'll combine into a larger robot, quite possibly named "Devastator". What's their deal exactly? Nobody knows! (Yet.)

Fiction

When the bots are out, the Constructicons come to play with Sari. Run Sari. Run.

Toy

Will there be one? Probably, we'd guess, but who can say for sure.
