The three Kiss Players come together as the battles against the EDC reach their climax!
Synopsis
[edit]Having gathered the Legions, Optimus Prime and Marissa Faireborn lead an all-out attack on the Earth Defense Command's headquarters. They're met with by Hot Rod and Shaoshao Li, who promises to crush Optimus with his oddly enraged partner. Marissa attempts to fuse with Optimus, but the Autobot refuses, and Shaoshao pounces on the opportunity to destroy her less-powered opponent.
Marissa apologizes to Shaoshao for not being there when her friend needed her, but Shaoshao just can't understand why Marissa still sticks by Optimus Prime's side. Marissa explains that she left Shaoshao as she felt that she would only be a bad influence on the lonely Shaoshao. She was too weak to confront her emotions back then, but she promises to be stronger this time around. Shaoshao doesn't care, and orders Hot Rod to shoot the other Transformer, but he refuses to do so. Shaoshao comes to the realization that Optimus Prime is truly protecting Marissa, much like a father would. As she needed Marissa, Marissa needed Optimus Prime. Shaoshao apologizes for lying to Hot Rod that Optimus was an imposter, but the wily Autobot had already figured it out.
Atari Hitotonari is left to fend for herself as the Legion attack, and she cries out for her Autorooper. She finally runs into Marissa and Shaoshao; the three ponder on how they three were connected all along, despite their loneliness over the past year. They watch as the Legion, with the mysterious girl, are heading to somewhere in particular and the three agree to follow them to where Shaoshao says it all began: the Genital System.

Notes
[edit]- The plot point of Optimus Prime abandoning Marissa at the end of episode 34 is seemingly dropped. Perhaps Marissa just caught up with him?
