David Mariotte is an editor at IDW Publishing. Starting in 2016, his main works have been various Transformers titles and Sonic the Hedgehog. He was the co-writer of Transformers vs. The Terminator with fellow editor John Barber. He grew up watching Beast Wars, and his favourite Transformer is Randy, because "he just has a guy's name".
