Incomplete Disambiguation Pages

So I've noticed that there are some disambiguation pages, like this one, that are (as of my writing this) incomplete/underdeveloped. There's more articles that could be included here, and of all the ones that are, not all of them have the tooltip that links back to here. The Snake (disambiguation) page is in a similar state. Would anyone be opposed to me going through and fixing these up? Considering that there's probably a lot of these, and since I'm not an admin, I figured I should at least bring this up before running through and making changes to a bunch of articles.
