Tetsuo Komura (小村哲生 Komura Tetsuo) (Born July 31, 1954) is a Japanese voice actor. Some anime roles he's known for include Caesar Orion in Dragon Quest, Orochimon in Digimon Tamers and Gozaburo Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters.

In the world of dubbing, he played Emperor Gruumm in Power Rangers S.P.D., Joe (Humphrey Bogart) in Sahara, and Dirty Dawson (the TV character) in 101 Dalmatians and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure.
