Lion was a hard rock/heavy metal band that recorded a version of the Transformers theme song for the Transformers: The Movie soundtrack, featuring a few additional verses.

For the 2007 movie, Lion's version of the theme was covered by Mutemath, only with Megatron's name in place of Unicron's.
