Khyber is a alien affiliated with the Animated continuity family (via Ask Vector Prime).

Khyber is an alien bounty hunter and one of Ben 10's enemies.

Ask Vector Prime

Vector Prime had speculated that Ben 10's universe, located somewhere beyond the multiverse, may have interacted with a Malgus Cluster universe at some point, allowing Khyber to collect a number of Cybertronian artifacts. Among them are Grimlock's sword and Lockdown's hook. Vector Prime also noted that Khyber might be a trans-dimensional traveller. Ask Vector Prime

• Khyber is voiced by David Kaye.
• Despite the implications and assumptions from fans, it has never been officially stated that Khyber had killed Grimlock and Lockdown off-screen.
• The Ask Vector Prime entry is a nod to how Derrick J. Wyatt would move on to produce Ben 10: Omniverse, which features Easter eggs from Transformers Animated.
