Costco Wholesale Corporation is a membership-only retail warehouse club based in the United States, specializing in bulk sales and large items.

Over the years, Costco has carried a few exclusive Transformers toys, in addition to the regular mass retail releases. Their exclusives are usually of the "large multi-pack of unchanged toys" variety, but occasionally they have gotten truly unique items. Not so much anymore though.

Overload & Optimus

Costco's first exclusive, for the Energon series, was... a lot. Both in terms of sheer mass and deco tone.

Cybertron

Very slightly different from other versions

The Cybertron Magnus/Optimus multi-pack is a weird one. The Ultra Magnus is a straight re-packaging of a Robots in Disguise Magnus redeco offered by Sam's Club a few years prior, while the accompanying Optimus Prime is a redeco of that Sam's Club set's Optimus, but with the yellow turned back to red, making it look a lot like the original toy, but it kept the Sam's paint colors, making it just a bit different.

The Optimus/Wing Saber set, meanwhile, is a straight repackaging of normal retail releases, just with a bonus DVD.

Transformers (2007)

The live action movie toyline exclusives were pretty much just straight repackages. But sold much cheaper.

Universe (2008)

• "Ultra Twin-Pack", contains:

• Optimus Prime

Both toys were unchanged from their Cybertron releases. Optimus Prime sported the colors of the "Galaxy Force Optimus Prime" redeco.

Revenge of the Fallen

• "Surface to Air Showdown" two-pack (Voyager Class), contains:

• Autobot Ratchet
• Grindor

These toys were unchanged from their single releases.

Transformers (2010)

• Battle Ops Bumblebee with Legends Class Mudflap & Legends Class Premium Bumblebee

Dark of the Moon

• "Optimus Prime vs. Shockwave" two-pack (Voyager Class), contains:

• Optimus Prime
• Shockwave

This set was only available in Canadian Costco stores. While Optimus Prime was unchanged from his single release, Shockwave was redecoed.
