HomeTech
- HomeTech is a company from the Transformers Animated continuity family.
HomeTech is another of Detroit's many robotics firms and a competitor of Sumdac Systems. Their specialty is domestic 'bots, and their new line of Pixie-6 household 'bots is almost ready to be released.
Their main laboratory is located near the solar plant and Speedball Stadium. They also have some funny ideas about practical locations to build warehouses.

Prime Suspect
After HomeTech's main laboratory was broken into, and a control sphere for the Pixie-6 bots was stolen, the security tape was checked. HomeTech's boss took the tape, showing that the culprit was Optimus Prime to the police. As the Autobots were known to be friendly with Sari Sumdac, daughter of Isaac Sumdac, it was assumed that Prime was sabotaging the imminent launch of the Pixie-6 for them. The truth was that the culprit was Blitzwing, who intended to use the Pixie-6 'bots for his own nefarious purposes and pin the crime on Optimus.
The next day, their laboratory was broken into again, this time for real by the Autobots, who were searching for evidence of Prime's innocence. They subsequently broke into HomeTech's main warehouse and battled Blitzwing there, destroying a number of the Pixie-6 'bots as they did so. Following Blitzwing's defeat, Prime believed that the matter had been settled. Whether HomeTech felt likewise is unrecorded. Prime Suspect
