Hack the planet!
Dec0derZ is a hacker group from the Transformers Beyond Reality alternate reality game.

Dec0derZ is a mysterious group of hackers, working to expose human traitors who are secretly working with aliens.

[edit]
  • January 21, 2022 - Dec0derZ contacted the twitter user BlazarFocused, willing to help him hack into a potentially alien signal he stumbled upon.[1]
  • February 19, 2022 - Dec0derZ tell BlazarFocused that they know some humans are working with aliens and they they plan to let everyone know about it.[2]
  • March 24, 2022 - BlazarFocused receives parts from Dec0derZ for a device to build to allow them to hack the signal.[3]
  • May 5, 2022 - After many attempts to use the assembled device BlazarFocused states he still hasn't gotten it to work. He also says the hackers have told him they have a "different focus now".[4]
  • July 23, 2022 - BlazarFocused states he no longer trusts the hackers, as he thinks they're trying to pull something on him.[5]
  • August 18, 2022— Using the device that they gave BlazarFocused, Dec0derZ hacked Rebellium Dynamics' Twitter account, changing the account description to "W̷e̷ ̷a̷r̷e̷ ̷R̷e̷b̷e̷l̷l̷i̷u̷m̷.̷ We are Dec0derZ. We have seen." The banner is changed to ASCII art saying Dec0derZ and the PFP changes to a cartoonish looking rodent head. A Tweet is made saying "We have seen. And that which has been seen, cannot be unseen."[6]
  • August 20, 2022 - After being told about Dec0derZ's hack of Rebellium Dynamics, an upset BlazarFocused indirectly confirms they were the hackers he was working with.[7]
  • August 21, 2022— Dec0derZ makes a statement on the hacked Rebellium account, accusing them of working with "non-terrestrial beings". They also state that they have full control over Rebellium's systems and accounts.[8]
  • August 25, 2022— Dec0derZ puts out another statement laughing at the attempts made to regain control of Rebellium's account.[9]
  • August 29, 2022— Dec0derZ partially loses control of Rebellium's Twitter account, with the PFP and bio changing to show Rebellium has some control. The banner remains showing the Dec0derZ name
  • August 30, 2022— Dec0derZ wrestled control back from Rebellium, changing the PFP and the bio to say "Lulz! No." Shortly after Rebellium regains full control from Dec0derZ. The Dec0derZ website then changes, only showing a message saying "Hello World! We are not hamsters".

Notes

[edit]
Wait, did Rattrap form his own faction?
  • Dec0derZ uses a stylized animal face of some kind on both their website and as an avatar on the hacked Rebellium account. It's unclear what specific type of animal it is, though it does bear a resemblance to a rodent.
