Summary

In the Autobot HQ, Rad and Carlos get bored watching the Mini-Con panel that hasn't activated, and go to the carnival with High Wire and Grindor, but are followed by Sparkplug, Longarm, and Jolt. After a while of fun, Billy and Fred try to capture Jolt, but are stopped and later rescued by Hot Shot. Alexis bosses the boys around like their mom.
