As part of the Diaspora, Rifle ended up in the universe known to the GoBots as "Level 44". Cultural Appropriation

"Rifle" is based on the GoBots "Hot Chamber Cap Rifle" toy released by ARCO, not to be confused with the "Cap Rifle" which inspired the other RoGun Shotgun.
On the other hand, Rifle's design in Renegade Rhetoric appears to be based on Cybertron Jolt; although the amount of lines make it difficult to tell, the dome over the head matches, and the rotors on Jolt's back seem to have been carried over to Rifle.
