Stevie is a resident of Philadelphia and an old friend of Robby Malto.

Stevie was skateboarding when Robby arrived at the skatepark with Hashtag and Twitch. He was surprised when Robby introduced the pair as his sisters, and as they transformed to make use of the skatepark, he observed that they weren't human like him and Robby. They had an impromptu stakeboarding contest, with Robby riding on Twitch, followed by Hashtag trying in vehicle mode only to crash. When Hashtag spotted some anti-Transformer graffiti reading "TRANSFORMERS GO HOME", Stevie tried to assure her and Twitch that it probably just meant Decepticons. Twitch still didn't think it was OK, to which Stevie pointed out that his dad thought invading Earth wasn't OK either, at which point Robby opted to leave with the Terrans. Home, Part 1 Stevie later amended the graffiti to read "TRANSFORMERS ARE HOME". Home, Part 2
