The Nemesis is the Decepticon command ship, originally under the command of Megatron.

Fiction

The Nemesis was an anicent Decepticon war ship, under the control of Megatron. When Optimus and his crew spotted the ship, he contacted Ultra Magnus, who said it's just a scout ship, wandering the galaxy. It attacked the Ark in an attempt to capture the All Spark from the Autobots. After Starscream's bomb detonated, the All Spark opened the space bridge and caused a shock wave, slagging the ship and Starscream inside, while everyone escaped. Starscream later piloted the remains the ship, searching for the All Spark to show the Decepticons he's the new leader. Transform and Roll Out!It's unknown where he parked the thing when he landed on Earth.
