Michael Kelly (born May 22, 1969) is an American actor. He is best known for his television-related roles as Chief of Staff Doug Stamper on House of Cards, Agent Ron Goddard in The Sopranos, Andrew McCabe in the Comney Rule, Mike November in Jack Ryan, FBI Special Agent Jonathan "Prophet" Sims in Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, and Byron Westfield in Special Ops: Lioness. He has also appeared in a plethora of films including Unbreakble, Dawn of the Dead, Law Abiding Citizen, The Adjustment Bureau, Chronicle, Now You See Me, and Man of Steel.

  • Kelly wasn't part of the cast of Rise of the Beasts proper until after principal photography for the film was finished, and even was not told that his character would be a member of G.I. Joe after being on set, for concerns that there would be fear of the surprise leaking out.[1]
