Contents
[edit]- More Than Meets The Eye
- Transforming pop-ups of Bumblebee and Starscream are prominently featured. Text-wise, several caption boxes include snippets of a transmission from Bumblebee, and a short profile for both him and Starscream. Pop-Ups of Bulkhead, Sideswipe and Arcee, and one that shifts between the Autobot and Decepticon faction symbols also adorn these pages.
- From Cybertron To Earth
- An extremely elaborate pop-up of Cybertron that shifts into a battle between an army of Autobots and Decepticons is featured on this two-page spread. A pop-up of Prowl that shifts between his Cybertronian vehicle mode and his Earth vehicle mode is also included, as well as a transforming pop-up of Shockwave. Text-wise, caption boxes enclose snippets of Prowl's datatrax. A short overview of the Great War's shift from Cybertron to Earth is also included.
- Evil Decepticons
- The most prominent pop-up on this spread is Megatron, who transforms from tank to robot mode. Another pop-up shows Soundwave ejecting Ravage from his chest compartment. Yet another allows you to transform Skywarp, Thundercracker and Lugnut. The text focuses heavily on Megatron, covering his origins and one of his speeches. Soundwave also receives a brief profile.
- Heavy Metal
- When this two-page spread is opened, a pop-up of Omega Supreme unfolds, standing tall in the middle of the book (and smushing some Decepticons). A transforming pop-up of Grimlock is also included, as well as a pop-up that "combines" the Combaticons into Bruticus. The text is more-or-less evenly divided to cover these three subjects. Pictures of the other Dinobots, and brief illustrated profiles for Metroplex and Trypticon are also featured.
- Heroic Autobots
- Similar to the "Evil Decepticons" section, this one prominently features a transforming Optimus Prime pop-up. Smaller transforming pop-ups of Jazz, Ironhide and Ratchet surround the main one. Likewise, the majority of the text deals with the Autobot leader, though the other three characters each get a brief profile. Illustrations of Perceptor, Jetfire and Rodimus are also included.
- Special Edition The Transformers: The Movie extra page
- Only included in the Special Edition of the book, a brand new transforming pop-up of Unicron. He is pictured in outer space with his minions flying around him. When in robot mode, Unicron reveals a small scene featuring a group of Autobots, with Rodimus in the forefront holding the Matrix. A brief text excerpt recounts the premise of The Transformers: The Movie.

Notes
[edit]- At least a few of the designs inside are inspired by the character models seen in the Binder of Revelation—specifically Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Sideswipe, and... probably a few more, but of the handful of Binder designs we've seen, they're the only ones to appear in this book. Given that artist Emiliano Santalucia did character models for the Binder, this makes sense.
- Meanwhile, there's a few guys who are clearly just G1 continuity family bodies in one form or another, like Prowl's Earth-style alternate mode being his 2008 Universe toy and Lugnut being the Reveal the Shield toy in both modes.
- In response to some people's confusion, the Facebook version of Ask Vector Prime clarified that the events depicted in this book are from the universal stream Iocus 1012.30 Gamma. This explains why characters from different incarnations of the Transformers franchise were duking it out against one another. (Many "Iocus" universes have characters from different universal streams interacting with one another, without any cross-dimensional travel involved.) Odds are, you were only confused about this if you're a huge nerd, like the people who edit this wiki.
