James Horan

James Horan (born December 14, 1954) is an American screen and voice actor. He's known to Star Trek fans for a number of roles, including Ikat'ika on Deep Space Nine and the enigmatic "Future Guy" on Enterprise. He's made a number of guest appearances on live action TV, and also lent his voice talents to Smaug in The Hobbit video game, Jack Ryder in Batman: Arkham City, Skull Face in Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain, and President Shinra in Final Fantasy VII: Remake.
He also appeared in those 5-hour Energy commercials as a cowboy.
