Brandon Bovia is an American freelance letterer, graphic designer, and occasionally translator who specializes in localizing Japanese comics. He has worked under a variety of publishers and lettered series such as Dragon Ball and Naruto, western IP's forays into manga like Assassin's Creed and Marvel Comics's Deadpool, and even worked (through Viz Media) with the kids' manga paper of record Shōnen Jump. He was a member of Viz's team for the localization of Masumi Kaneda and Ban Magami's seminal run of Generation 1 comics.
